Is it just me or….

Do most people have that lower stomach puch…poof…thing? It is totally too late to get rid of it? I know most women that have had babies have had it, and some still do but when you’re young and never given birth…

 I don’t even know what I’m talking about. I just want to know what excercises are good to really dig deep into that area. I did hear pilates is great for toning, and I have been doing pilates…and yes, it has helped. Maybe I’m being too impatient. Whew. Take it slooooow. U_U

As for diet, it’s been like Tony the Tiger-Grrrreat! I’ve stayed on track 100% and have actually been getting less hungry and my calorie intake is 100 less each time I check. Fun thing, I eat and snack-just on healthy vegetarian food and lots of fruit. I really like peaches and apples. O’course bananas but I don’t think it’s good to eat a lot of those. I read that somewhere….maybe I heard it from someone. I don’t know.

Melt down

I haven’t logged on for a while and why?

Well, I had a melt down the day before yesterday and became totally ashamed with myself. I am, however, proud that I didn’t give up and just start eating everything in site. Perhaps I’m making a big deal out of nothing, but my binge consisted of my one true weakness-chinese food. Not just any chow mein noodles and fried rice but Panda Express.

I guess it wasn’t totally bad but I felt bad about it, I should have had more self control. Oh well. I didn’t give up. I’ve been going to the gym every morning and running for about 4-5 miles on the cross runner. What is awesome is that this exercise has also been helping with my tension migraines. I receive less everytime I work out. I don’t want to over do it though. In evenings I do 20-40 minutes of Pilates. Then, sometimes I babysit on weekends and tell the 40 lbs child to sit on my feet so I can work out my legs lol.

Here’s a fast but not so fun way to lose weight

Get the stomach bug. -.- Yeah, I was doing so great on this detox thing then yesterday dirty little children (niece and nephew) visit and I catch the stomach bug/flu. Whatever it is. Up side? I look at food in disgust, and the only thing to pass my lips is water with lemon. It’s good stuff.

Let’s see how long this thing lasts and how much weight I can lose from this thing. Gah, my stomach is being all gurgle-y and not because I’m hungry. Oh! And to top it all off, mother nature has “blessed” me with her monthly gift. But because of my stomach thing, I’m actually not craving the usual salty snacks. I’m not much of a sweet eater, I love the sodium!
