Melt down
I haven’t logged on for a while and why?
Well, I had a melt down the day before yesterday and became totally ashamed with myself. I am, however, proud that I didn’t give up and just start eating everything in site. Perhaps I’m making a big deal out of nothing, but my binge consisted of my one true weakness-chinese food. Not just any chow mein noodles and fried rice but Panda Express.
I guess it wasn’t totally bad but I felt bad about it, I should have had more self control. Oh well. I didn’t give up. I’ve been going to the gym every morning and running for about 4-5 miles on the cross runner. What is awesome is that this exercise has also been helping with my tension migraines. I receive less everytime I work out. I don’t want to over do it though. In evenings I do 20-40 minutes of Pilates. Then, sometimes I babysit on weekends and tell the 40 lbs child to sit on my feet so I can work out my legs lol.
So, here’s to not giving up! and congrats to all that have been losing. Good luck!
I follow the everything in moderation credo. I don’t think you should beat yourself up too bad about it, but I understand that melt downs happen. You did a great job though! You stopped the binge! The worst thing you can do once you realizing your eating out of control is keep going and you didn’t.
You are doing a good job and working out regularly. You should be able to eat the things you love so long as the portions are in control and it’s not constant.
Keep it up!
Melt downs happen. DO NOT beat yourself up for it. Good job on controlling your binge. It is good that you were able to get it under control. Just remember that tomorrow is always a new day. Good job on the regular workouts. Keep up the great work. You can do this!

Hey we all slip up, we are human. Just jump back on the band wagon and don’t give up. Besides with all the exercise you do you can afford to indulge slightly once in a while, it makes exercising worth while. I am glad to see you gave up on that juice diet, healthy eating is key. I have an awesome recipe on my sight for a summer grilled burger, check it out…delicious, the only downfall is trying not to go back for seconds LOL.
